no to amazon refurbish
Busted within 30days. Acting iffy b4 that. Was canceling then withdrew. Exactly 40 days later busted. Won't turn on. Too late to return. Refurbished is a no go on a.azon

Okay for what it is.
Works perfectly fine for what it is. But, compared to an ipad, just not worth dealing with the hassles of stuff not working right and all. Though I'd get something cheap for a display to connect to some electronics via bluetooth, but for me, just not worth it. If you're an android person, it's probably fine and you're probably used to all the stuff you have to do to make it work on bluetooth, so I only took one star off, but I won't be going this route again.

I use the tablet daily and I am satisfied.
It's an android app like my samsung phone. It makes it easy to use and I like the tablet. I recommend it for watching Netflix and other programs. Its Lightweight, thin and good battery life. I havent used the finger print option. Great tablet.

Battery life is almost completely dead after 4 months
Tablet works great, the issue os the battery. Me and my husband bought a brand new tablet of the same brand and then this refurbished one and the new battery is great but this battery will completely die after about 3 hours and that’s with a full charge and battery saving mode on, pretty disappointed. Won’t be buying refurbished from Amazon again.

Didn't come with the right charger and didn't come with the tool needed to open the storage, however they did send me the proper charger and the tools. Tablet works great

Defective
Screen issues, random black lines appear. It seems to affect more sites and certain applications than others. It's a defect in the onboard GPU or driver. Not worth returning based on it's intended use but would never consider buying another one.
