Burners blew holes in them/Any wind and it wouldn't hold heat
Good looking grill. Worked for a few years but mentioned in the headline....any wind and you couldn't grill outside on my nice outdoor kitchen. 3-4 years later and the burners started blowing long holes in them. Difficult to replace and customer service has been non existent or useless.

It is a looker would give it 5 stars but with all 6 burners going never reached above 600 degrees, but man it looks good. I just need to learn to cook on a gas grill instead of my favorite charcoal pit.

3 years and nothing but problems - and no service from the manufacturer
We have this grill, but in fairness, we did not buy from Amazon, we bought it from a local dealer - who at the time recommended this as a good solid grill that was not as expensive as other ones. Since we have bought this - the local deal NO LONGER CARRIER this brand due to the issues and their distributor no longer carries it either. So buy beware. We have had it for around 3 years and have had nothing but issues, and none of these have been addressed by Swiss. You will see below that clearly we are not the only ones to have an issue since they are making a 'custom' part (if we ever see it) to fix it. Our issue started within the 1st 2 months, the firebox expands and as a result the middle grills itself collapses down, putting everything extremely close to the heat and causing flare ups if there is any fat (its a steak.. of course there could be). We had this corrected by them coming out. Well we thought it was corrected. It started happening again and we have reached out to them and have had no actual service what so ever. Below is a transcript of our email conversations (which also mimic the phone conversations). Original Message: 10/2/15 I have a Zurich 650 with an expanded fire box where the center grill will no longer stay in place. This is the second time we've had a firebox failure in the 21 months we've owned the grill. Please let me know what you need from me to send someone out to replace this. ------------------------------------- From Swiss: Mr. ----- Replacing the firebox is not the permanent fix for this issue. There is a custom engineered part that attaches to the grill that takes care of it. We have them on order from but they have to come from England. We will notify you as soon as they arrive. It has been a month with no communication. -------------------------------- Swiss Response: From: "Warranty" <warranty@swissgrills.com> Date: Oct 30, 2015 11:21 AM As stated in our previous communication, we will notify you when the part comes in. You are on an order list for this fix, and we apologize for the delay, but you will be notified when the part comes in. Thank you, Swiss Grill Customer Service 1215 Greenville Highway Hendersonville, NC 28792 USA P. 844-794-7744 F. 888-559-3612 ---------------------------------------------------- We contacted them again - Feb 2016 - 5 months later and received the SAME RESPONSE. We are contacting them again today and will try more phone calls (where we have also been unsuccessful) to see if there is anyhting that can be done. At this point, we can only use the two outside grills, since the middle one has collasped so far down to the point, unless we want a charred mess, we don't cook there. We severely regret we did not order a slightly more expensive grill - as we would have received quality. If you plan to spend close to $2,000, you would expect a quality product with service. They are providing nothing and clearly vendors and distributors are well aware of this and have walked away. I recommend you do as well.

You get what you pay for-save your money
I bought this unit 2 months ago. It looks like the real deal, nice shine and similar to the expensive brand units. I used it less than 20 times in this summer. I have it outside on the deck. No rain or extreme humidity yet. I converted the unit to natural gas yesterday and to my surprise when I started to take it apart I found my new grill parts inside in an advanced of degradation. They are rusted pretty bad for a 2 month unit. My inexpensive previous grill from Home Depot lasted longer. I was very disappointed when I tried to remove the burners and I did not succeeded until I cut it the pins that hold them in place. They rusted so badly that I could not remove them. I guess I got what I payed for. I would not recommend this product.

Two guys grills
I am writing to comment on Two Guys Grills. I recently ordered a Swiss Grill 650 through Amazon but purchased from Two Guys Grills. I inadvertently put the delivery address to a former address which I had not deleted from the Amazon check list. I did not discover that I had sent the grill to Las Vegas instead of North Carolina. I immediately started to wonder how to correct the problem and went to the Amazon site and sent an e mail to the Two Guys Grills. I rapidly got a reply indicating that the delivery was turned around and headed to NC. It did arrive in great shape after the long journey. I will do business with Two Guys Grills again without question. The grill looks great but I have not used it and have not finished the outdoor kitchen.

So far so good. Great grill.
Good grill. I had it sitting in the garage for almost a year before installing it in our newly built in island (picture is from the test fitting). I have used it about 5 times so far. Everything is great. Although when putting it together, some screws came loose in shipment. I had to dig around in the box to find them. I didn't find one bolt/nut, so I just used some I had in my garage (can't see because it is under the burners). I'm looking at getting a cover because it gets dirty quickly. There is no such rusting problem as another reviewer stated (that's including 11 months of storage in garage). I did not install the rotisserie since I would never use it.
