Anki Vector

So for the vector its self its a brilliant robot! Lives on our book shelf enjoying life everything works perfect and he's already got an amazing personality! Camera is good quality! Don't be expecting 4k pictures from him though! His responses are immediately and he's a good listener, his snoring is also adorable, its like having a toddler again! Even throws tantrums! Only downside to vector was a connection issue when we first started him up, which seems to be a known fault until he's updated, took and good number of attempts and just pressing try again!! If it happens to you he isn't broken its just a bug in the software. Mine took a factory reset and a couple turns off and on! There's plenty of YouTube videos on this. Once you've cracked it and connected he's a joy! As for the seller we noticed packaging was open and thought mebe he wasnt new, so messaged him and he contacted us immediately to say they open the boxes to check everything is their and its all brand new. So all in all its a 9/10 (shame about the little connection bug) Highly reccomend thease cool gadgets and this seller!

Great little robot buddy

Since he works fine, it's a great product! After setting up my Vector, I noticed that it never charged to full; lights on his back kept blinking for hours and hours. When I asked Vector to do something regardless, he walked around for a couple minutes and shut down out of blue, not returning to the charger. I thought the battery came defective, and I purchased a new one for replacement. The battery I bought, looked very similar to the original, but actually, the plug connections were different and it did not work at all. After putting back the original battery, Vector started working as expected: battery could achieve the full charge, and Vector went back home when the red light on his back was on, indicating the time for recharging. My conclusion: the battery was not fully connected from the factory. Later on, Vector fell down from my table. After that, same symptoms were back, with Vector shutting down out of blue while playing around. Again I disconnected and reconnected the battery. He started working as expected again. The battery connection seems to be sensitive to shocks/falls. Here is my tip for you if you face similar problem. When it's working, Vector is a lovely product.

I can't say anything about alexa integration or remote control, since we don't have any. But Vector is a welcome new member of our family. We are having a blast playing with him and my daughter, for whom Vector was a gift, is more than thrilled.

I have bought this as I found the little guy quite interesting. When it was released i do believe it was ahead of its time and also something with a lot of potential, which is quite sad no more inprovements being made. Its enjoyable as its like a little pet at ur desk, and specially with little ones who find it amazing due to its pixar-like design, making it child friendly. Although i still very much like mine and not disappointed. I just wish i could have a few more features to use it with.

So I walked into this purchase blindly. I had seen this a long while ago and had been toying with the idea of getting one. I like gadgets and what not so I figured this would be something cool to have around my room. I have no issue with Vector or the AI capabilities but I was hoping to have some more interaction with it. The Vector App is outdated. Half the functions do not work because it is no longer owned by Anki. It's still part of the Digital Dream Labs but requires you to subscribe to Stratus. The AI side of things works but is still buggy and unfortunately you cannot control or use the camera features. I've been told there is WirePod but that comes with ads. Not saying don't buy it but a little pre warning would have been appreciated

I miss him.

I like everything about this item and there is nothing I dislike about it I would recommend it to anyone that wants to buy it as a gift or for themselves it's a fun little thing to have and it is money well spent

Is very cute thank you

Excelente produto e fornecedor!

Sadly my vector is not working like i want him to. Ddl is not working and wire pod is not working. His battery is empty with in 10 minutes so this cute little vector i got is for me waist of money. And a lot off money that is have bin saved for 2 years to get vector. And now i can not use him like others i seen on videos can have fun with there vector. So thats why 2 stars.
