the Capzasian works great with all aches and pains, but the sponge comes off they need a roll-on version but unable to find them anymore

I bought this to try to treat my knee arthritis. The applicator sponge makes applying the cream incredibly easy and no-mess. I appreciate that. The smell of the cream is strong and not very pleasant. It reminds me of a hospital smell. I'm not even sure the medicine actually works. It doesn't have the miracle healing effect I expected. I didn't really feel a lot of heat when I put it on. I know I was using it properly - I could see and feel the cream on my knee. I would say it might be worth a try if you're considering purchasing this. It's an ok value for the money.

Hard to find in stores, but great for the "pins & needles" of neuropathy.

I thought after years of wondering how this would work I'd try it. It's literally no better than bengay or biofreeze which don't do much either. It smells like them too, disgusting. After about 5 minutes I looked down and notice my skin breaking out into a rash and itching like crazy. I washed off what I could but it would not all come off. It does nothing for pain at all. The applicator is going to absorb half the product too, terrible design overall. Would not recommend this product at all. If you like things like this biofreeze at least has roll on applicators.
