Tension Tamer, Caffeine Free Herbal Tea, 20 Tea Bags

I am not usually one for herbal teas but this is so soothing. I love the taste it is easy to drink and the aroma is pleasant so I find myself taking long slow sniffs of it which slows my breathing, which again is good for relaxing. I do feel calmer and more at ease. It is subtle but effective. I suffer from tension headaches and find this helpful. It is no way a cure but I make a cup and sit and chill. It helps. It is packaged well inside the cardboard box the bags are in a kind of grease proof paper which seals in the taste and aroma.

Dose exactly what it says on the box. With a unequie flouvour profile, leaving you wanting another cup.

I will be keeping this in good supply! As someone who suffers from regular migraines, I can say in confidence this tea definitely helps when I'm in that uncertain tired and headachey pre-migraine phase and can even help me avoid a migraine entirely if I time it right. Not to be used as a substitute for medication, but safe and healthy to use alongside whatever you've been prescribed. Check with your doctor to be on the safe side though! No caffeine! Lovely smell and herb combination. Potent stuff. Can even help to take the edge off a migraine or headache, I've found! :) I've probably said too much, but I'm so happy with this tea. :D

Just helps me sleep better than the sleepytime one. I add a little honey or brown sugar.

I really enjoy Celestial Seasonings herbal teas & have been drinking them for decades. This flavour, and Sleepytime, are my favourites.

As a herbal tea i love the taste but truthfully i can't comment on it if it tames the tension as not really noticed...

WHAT? I didn't read this properly and thought it was for 3! WTF?! Even I don't love this tea enough for that. Wow. *6 months later* Actually I can justify spending this amount as I can't get it anywhere else.

Best tea! I've been drinking a lot of tea lately due to cut out soda and I love celestial seasoning tea. This flavor is so good I can literally feel my anxiety slipping away as I sip. My co workers also loved this flavor.

I work in a grocery store that use to carry this product where I came to know of it and bought it several times before it was removed from the store's shelves. It is a very strong relaxing tea with ingredients like Nepeta (catnip), which is why I think it was removed from stores...The last time I saw it at a nearby grocery store it had a warning label on it that it was very strong and should only be taken twice a day six hours apart if you wanted to have two teas of it a day. It does really relax you, I find it stronger than Chamomile tea, The taste is good, it reminds you of Chamomile (aside from the said being in the tea) with a squirt of lemon and pinch of cinnamon.

I love this tea, and it is not available everywhere. Noticed Amazon had it, and glad I placed my order. I find sipping this tea relaxing and enjoyable.

I LOVE THIS TEA. THANK YOU COCO PERU. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS TEA IS SO HARD TO FIND EVERYWHERE. I suffer from c-ptsd, anxiety and depression and this tea and a damn godsend, I swear. I'm a major skeptic of things like this helping and never expected it to do much, but oh my god, it not only eases my anxiety within a half hour of drinking it but it also helps me sleep like a baby. A shame it isn't easily available in stores.

I have MANY different types of tea in my cupboard. But once I tried this one (Roibos Madagascar Vanilla) it's the only one I drink now. And I've turned others on to it as well. It's delicious!
