Great purchase
They came as advertised. They will get discolored the more you use them. A little lemon juice and salt on a sponge took care of that. My husband even like drinking the water. Nice size and they stand up without wobbling. If they had a wobble I would simply have turned it upside down aflattened it with hand. I like the plain smooth design. It does appear to be copper and not a plated item. I think it was a good value for the price. The pics are the same cup before and after the lemon juice and salt wash. And of course the more you use them the more tarnished they will get. Just wash frequently.

Real copper, but poor quality.
Well, it is real copper. But the base of the cup is not flat and causes the cup to wobble. Also smelled like mechanical grease instead of a natural grease to prevent oxidation. Have only used once because they aren't working for us.

It's Not a Problem. . .
Before I purchased these cups, I read the reviews and found that some folks had issues with the bottoms of the cups being too rounded to sit properly, which made the cups wobbly. The ones I received had the same issue. But all I did was use my hand and pushed the bottoms in. Now they sit perfectly straight and stable. So, it's not really a problem. Just push the bottoms in a little bit with your fist and they'll sit straight.
