Disclaimer- I have not traveled with them yet. I received my order a few days ago and they are as pictured with the appropriate cutouts for the hands on top and on the side. I will update after traveling with them.

Just a piece of plastic/cheap!
What a waste of money, they did not even reinforce the cut in the plastic where you pull up your handle. I’m quite sure it’ll last for one trip and then I’ll have to trash it. What a waste of money.
