Can’t say a bad thing about these. They small amazing, clean and rinse well, and leave my hair lovely and soft after drying naturally.

Smells really fresh and clean and leaves my hair really soft and manageable! At a very reasonable price!

I tried this shampoo at my mother's house (it was my step sister's shampoo) and liked it after using it a couple of times. I ordered some for myself because it was so much less expensive than the redken I had been using my whole life. I'm only 30 and have never dyed my hair or caused any major damage to it. This shampoo is weird, after using it for a week or two almost every day it began feeling like as soon as I applied it to my hair in the shower it would make my scalp and hair feel dry even when it was just soaking wet a moment before. It does not seem to be hydrating at all, it's the opposite of hydrating. It's now impossible to scrub my head or hair with this shampoo, like it has some kind of hydrophobic properties or it just strips too much oil from my hair? I'm really unsure what is going on. If people are suffering from hair loss, I think that could be from trying to scrub their hair like normal while this shampoo is drying out their hair. After a day my hair feels greasier than normal, which makes me think I need to wash it again, and the cycle continues. I won't even finish this shampoo or give it away, it's going in the trash before it causes any more damage. Do not buy this shampoo, something is not right here. I never leave reviews, but this was necessary. If you've had damage done to your hair by this product, do not keep using it, switch to something else immediately.

Shampoo smells great! Unfortunately I did not receive the conditioner (they shipped 2 shampoos instead on 1 each as ordered.

I care about aesthetics so my first qualifier is often how something looks. In this case, I was looking for a unisex shampoo/conditioner in packaging to match my newly remodeled bathroom. Something neutral not only in color but branding which is harder to find than you'd think. These fit the bill. The next qualifier is the scent. It had to smell good to everyone. I do like the scent. It's very mild though. I'm almost embarrassed to say that in third place is the actual function of the product. How well did it work? In this case, it was "meh". My fine hair felt a little heavier than my usual products leave it and I probably won't choose this again for that reason.

I was this as 2 bottles at 1L each. This is two bottles that equal a liter 🤦🏻‍♀️ imagine my disappointment when I got the package. Also the bottles were dinged up and not sealed in anyway. Anywho I will update on product itself. Update after 2 uses, these are good products. My hair feels kinda bad when it’s wet afterwards but once it’s dried it’s amazing. Will actually likely buy this again.

I bought this because it’s what my daughter & her teenage girls use. I love the way it makes my hair feel!
