Hi Just to be clear it has 19 keys for 3 lever amd 7 keys for 2 lever?

Yes,, 26 keys in all, you may have to doctor to suit some locks,,

i have lost my patio door key, will these help me

It will depend on the age of your patio doors. If wooden and pre 1975 you may find the two lever will fit. Later wooden doors should be there lever., It depends on the builder. Metal doors would have pin locks

will these work on "european" mortise lock - old china cabinet made in bavaria?

They will if you have the right size.....china cabinets usually have small mortice locks....Good luck..
