What are the active ingredients?

Here is the full list of ingredients - Glycerin, Calcium Silicate, Peg-8, Hydrated Silica, Trisodium Phosphate, Sodium Phosphate, Aqua, Peg-60, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Monofluorphosphate, Aroma, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Saccharin, Polyacrylic Acid, Tin Oxide, Limonene, CI 77891.

is there actual proof of it literally regenerate the enamel?

Regenerate uses a combination of calcium silicate and sodium phosphate to form hydroxyapatite. Hydroxyapatite helps make up bones and teeth in human anatomy. Here's a scientific research article that claims nano hydroxyapatite helps restore tooth enamel. They use Biorepair in the research article, but I'm relatively certain it can refer to Regenerate too.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4155874/

Does it have fluoride and if so, how much?

These are the ingredients: Glycerin, Calcium Silicate, Peg-8, Hydrated Silica, Trisodium Phosphate, Sodium Phosphate, Aqua, Peg-60, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Monofluorophosphate, Aroma, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Saccharin, Polyacrylic Acid, Tin Oxide, Limonene, Ci 77891. It doesn’t say “Fluoride” but there is something called “Fluorphlogopite”.

Where is this made ?? Outer box and tube do not say!!

I am pretty sure there are 2 types Italian and Japan. This brand I THINK is the Italian. The other one is Apagard Premio which I believe to be the Japan.
