Product always arrives perfectly. Each pod is compostable - as is the bag each set of pods is shipped - and the box is recyclable. Additionally, the burlap topper is re-usable and the pithy saying on the "thank you" card in each box, is a very nice touch. Of course, the coffee tastes great! Mild, Bold, Brazen, etc. This is my new coffee and I urge those who want to use environmentally-sound products that actually taste good, this coffee is for you! I love this product, and would give it more stars if they were available. This is really great coffee. It is smooth, without any bitter taste. I love the that the pods can be composted. I've hesitated to get a single cup coffee maker because I didn't like to add all that plastic to the environment. These pods completely solved that problem. This company packages their coffee in nice, airtight resealable foil bags so the coffee pods stay fresh.

Am I really buying coffee online? Yes I am. My girlfriend wanted a keurig. I didn’t like the idea of using so many plastic cups. We compromised and got a keurig. I didn’t want to buy so many plastic cups that would end up in the landfill so we bought the refillable cups. Those were great for a while but the hassle of filling up a little k-cup full of grounds was more inconvenient than using ol’ faithful, the French press. While shopping at Costco, I saw another brand of compostable coffee pods and bought them without thinking twice. They were good, but I wasn’t a fan of the taste of the coffee. once we started running low again I started looking at other brands. I came across these. I bought the 50 count variety pack. I love all the different roasts. They all taste great and smell good too. I’ll be buying more!

I really like this coffee a lot but was disappointed that none of the pods in the Vintage Vanilla Cream bag would work in my Keurig. Every single one of them brought up the "Oops! This pod wasn't designed for this brewer. Please try one of the hundreds of pods with the Keurig logo." I tried cutting it open and putting the contents into my reusable k-cup, but the grounds were too fine and I just ended up with a very gritty cup of coffee. I couldn't find a phone number to get a hold of customer service so I sent a message via their Facebook page about a week ago, but have not gotten a response yet. I remain optimistic that they will get back to me and resolve the issue & when they do I'll be happy to up my rating here! Gotta love good coffee! :)

We had these at an Inn in Ithaca and really like the taste. So I bought some for home. They are great. We've like every blend. Will be buying more. Also like the less waste then a traditional Kcup.

Our family LOVES this coffee!! Best find ever on Amazon. Beautifully packaged and even included a hand written note from the roasters. The sampler was great as we got to try each of the flavors and living with 5 coffee drinkers in one household it can be hard to make everyone happy with just one flavor. We loved them all and feel great drinking it as it is as earth friendly as we can get right now with the Keurig machines and its not being brewed in a non-destructible plastic K-cup pod. We will definitely keep purchasing from them.

I've been very much looking forward to receiving these, as I came upon them at a boutique lodge I stayed in and enjoyed every cup immensely. Unfortunately, these did not have near the smooth, delicious flavors. More like stale and acidic. Disappointed to say the least.
