Great Freezer — Very Happy With It I purchased this Whynter upright freezer about two months ago, and so far I’m very happy with it. It’s the perfect size—not too bulky, but it still has plenty of room for what I need. It cools quickly and has maintained a consistent temperature without any issues. It fit just right for my coffee bar. I also really like the stainless-steel finish and the upright design, which makes it much easier to organize and access everything compared with a chest freezer. It runs quietly, and the lock is a nice added feature. After two months of regular use, it has been reliable and works exactly as expected. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact, dependable freezer.

It doesn't hold much but what it does hold keeps frozen! I had rented a cabin which had only a dorm sized frig with no freezer. Because of dietary issues I can't eat out and bring my food with me for the week. That means for me and my dogs I need a freezer. I purchased this because I so wanted to stay in the woods with no one around and hoped the cabin owner might want to trade for it. I can't imagine staying anywhere without ice but maybe I am odd. In any event the lower shelf is only the depth of the ice cube tray. The upper level extends all the way back. It is a bit heavy at over 30 pounds so isnt something I want to take with me on vacation often! I was just so impressed with how cold it got that I didn't mind keeping it. I will leave it plugged in in the garage as there is always something that doesn't quite fit in the freezer. Without question I would recommend this unit The price was great, it works really well and if you are in a small space where a normal frig freezer just won't fit this is perfect.

FANTASTIC The unit arrives well packed and it’s exactly what I wanted. Works perfect- super quiet and COLD as advertised.

The freezer we received worked but it did not get as cold as specified in the product description. We contacted the manufacturer (Whynter) and after a brief exchange of information concerning the problem, we were promptly sent a new unit free of additional charge. The new freezer works perfectly: it’s internal temperature reached -13˚F (-25˚C) when set to maximum coldness and we now have it set at a more reasonable 0˚F (-18˚C). Jose at Whynter Customer Support was extremely helfpul in arranging the replacement. It’s a nice little freezer that perfectly serves our needs.

I’ve had this for only about a month, but it’s the perfect size for my needs (meal prep and Ninja Creami pints) and keeps everything frozen solid. I’ve not noticed any discernible temperature fluctuations or anything negative about it in this time. There is a slight hum but it’s imperceptible if there is any other noise in the room (like a fan). I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anybody looking for a mini freezer.

Freezes food perfectly, is basically silent (i keep it in my bedroom and I have no issues sleeping) the size is perfect on the inside to store food, and so far absolutely no complaints.

I've been very happy with this freezer so far. It fits perfectly in a small space while still holding a surprising amount of food and frozen desserts. The temperature has been extremely stable, consistently staying right around my setpoint of 0°F with minimal fluctuation based on temperature monitoring. The stainless finish looks great, the unit runs quietly, and it freezes items quickly. Build quality feels solid for the money, and the compact footprint makes it easy to place in an apartment, office, or bedroom without taking up much space. Overall, an excellent freezer if you're looking for reliable temperature performance in a compact package.

Very pleased. Unit is affordable, compact and works great.

I get bad migraines and having to go downstairs to get an ice pack (especially in summer) was becoming difficult. This freezer is nice and compact and means that I have ice packs at the ready whenever a migraine strikes.

Simple, small, basic freezer-only little thing. Perfect for what I needed it for (chilling martini glasses & shaker, storing coffee, popcorn & making ice). The lock is interesting but doesn't have to be installed if you don't want to. Easy to change the door swing. Readily accessible temperature control. A nice little quiet unit. Comes with rather silly and not all that useful little ice cube trays.

I live in a small place and fits perfect enough to keep it inside a cabinet. It's super cold, freezes all type of food: shrimp, fish, meat, chicken, beverages, etcetera. I would recommend it always.

Great fridge for office.
