The dosage is strong, and I like that it provides high amounts of DHA and EPA from wild-caught fish. I’ve noticed benefits for my joints and overall well-being. The only downside for me is that I still get some fish burps occasionally, even though it’s labeled as burpless. It’s not terrible, but it does happen sometimes.
