I'm a CSR and my work entails a lot of data entry/typing. I've noticed soreness in my wrists and hands lately and decided to look for a wrist rest. I tried it at home with my laptop first and found the height of both the wrist rest and the mousepad rest to be what I needed. Both have the right amount of cushioning and quickly felt the soreness reducing after having a more ergonomic position at my keyboard. I found the same to be true at my work keyboard as well and since the price is reasonable, I'm getting another one to keep at home! The smell of the foam when first opening the package is pretty strong as these kinds of things tend to be and letting it air out helped quite a bit. The set seems to be well constructed and feels like it will last quite some time. I noticed both pieces stayed in place fairly well on my desk surface at home, but they do move a bit on my desk at my work as it's really smooth. It's not a big issue, just a simple readjustment here and there. Overall I like this wrist/mousepad rest set!

The keyboard pad was a little high for me, and the fabric irritates my skin as I use it throughout the day. Mouse pad is great but again the more you move your wrist the more friction. Decent buy.
