We’ve tried other medicines, and you can instantly tell he dislikes the taste. But with this one, his reaction is completely different! He actually seems to like it, stops crying immediately, and almost “savors” the flavor for a second. The directions are very clear, and I appreciate that you can safely give it up to 12 times a day if needed. The included syringe is easy to read and makes dosing simple, especially during late-night wakeups. The only downside is the liquid is pretty sticky, so if you have a messy eater (like ours), you’ll probably go through a few extra burp cloths. Not a dealbreaker at all — just something to be aware of. Overall, this has been one of the most reliable tools for calming our newborn’s gas discomfort. Highly recommended for new parents. Note: the word "drops" is a bit of a misnomer. It's a gel-like paste situation that you draw into a syringe/applicator. However, results are results so call it whatever you want!

As a first time mom, I didn’t know what to expect. But our newborn is VERY gassy most of the time. These gas drops have been a life savor. It’s not going to just get rid of gas, but breaks it down to make it easier for baby to release the wind. Timing is everything, we give it to him before every feed. He is breastfed but when we start using bottles, I’m going to add the dose to his bottles. It smells kinda like berry gummy candy, and the baby seems to like it when we give it orally. These drops are very effective, we’re already on our 3rd box! Definitely a staple for any newborn.

Switched to this from mylicon because this is a cheaper option! Works just as well, same active ingredient. I give in her mouth with every night feed to help break up those gas bubbles! Remember this doesn’t prevent gas just helps them get it out easier

Works like a charm. The taste is very good but somehow my baby does not like it, she has weird choices though so probably it is not a general problem.

First time I recieved the box it was completely empty. Amazon re-shipped the item. I havent noticed a diffrence when I feed it to my little. She loved the taste though and it smells yummy. I like to assume it works! Comes with your own measuring syringe
