I put 3 of these in my restaurant to replace my old worn out hand sink faucets. Installation was straight-forward and not difficult. After use, I have found that the handles have to be moved back after use. This may be because the gaskets are squishing in the valves after repeated use. I just pulled off the handles and reset them back where I needed them on the stem (side to side). Otherwise, no issues and work as expected. Good price for replacement faucets.

I ordered two of these to replace the faucets that came with two bar sinks. I am impressed with the apparent quality of this faucet. The body of it is made of cast metal that seems very durable and the spout is very sturdy. Installation was quick and easy even though no instructions were included and it fit perfectly. One thing I wanted to point out is that the handles turn inward (towards the spout) and the way they were installed, you could only get about 1/4 turn before they hit the body of the faucet. Not only did this look weird, but it limited the water flow. However, this was easily remedied by taking the Phillips screws out of the center of the handles, pulling the handles off, and re-positioning the handles so that they were facing upwards in the off position, then putting the screws back. Now it goes a full 3/4 turn. I suspect that they were mounted that way to save packing space (allowing it to fit in a smaller box), but without included instructions, it seemed like a problem at first.

I bought this for work because we had a flakey maintenance guy and I could figure out how to do it myself. I used this product for spare parts as I broke the stem piece while trying to fix it. Home Depot priced me at $50 for the stem piece when I could get the entire assembly on here for the same price! I just replaced the whole thing and it works perfect :)

I ordered this faucet in 2018 as a replacement for the exact same faucet on one of our handwashing sinks that was leaking. That was my first mistake...I shouldn't have bought a second faucet because I should have known since the first one leaked this one would too. Well, sure enough, we've had nothing but problems with it. The handles are capable of turning all the way around; however, they hit the gooseneck at some point. This caused constant issues of not physically being able to shut off the water all the way. We've constantly had to make adjustments to it so the handles wouldn't hit the spigot and would be capable of shutting all the way off. At some point along the way the cold water just completely quit turning all the way off and began leaking. A small leak turned into a constant stream. I've had a plumber out to repair it twice. The first time, he thought he had it fixed, but it began leaking again shortly thereafter. The second time, he told me there was no way of repairing this faucet and that it needed to be completely replaced. I just ordered another faucet...a different brand this time! I've owned a childcare center for almost 4 years, and we have multiple sinks/faucets throughout our facility (no others like this). In almost 4 years I've never had any other leaky faucets, but this one is now needing to be replaced twice in less than 3 years. I would definitely steer clear of it!

I do building maintenance for a school. Local plumbing store wanted $225 for different brand stuff. Ordered this AA brand replacement for $89 & an exact fit. Took 30 minutes to swap out. It’s cheaper to buy this loaded assembly vs rebuilding hot/cold levers(wish they sold the gaskets separate from levers) plus new seats & gaskets. Lunch ladies & management very happy with cheap repair.

delivered on time, to early to tell on quality, seems to be just fine, easy install, very reasonable and I like the paddle handles as it is easier for employees to turn on and off
