VENUZOR Waist Trainer for Women Tummy Control Green

I have worn a few waist trainers before and this one is amazing. It has lots of support in the side and back ribbing. It does not puncture or poke my love andles at all. Working out cardio is fine but to stiff for ab work. I am 5 ft 6 inches and 196 lbs. My waist is about a 37 to 38. It fits me great. Would deffinitly order again if I lost mine.

I have gotten quite heavy in the last 2 years. I started walking agin this week and my back was killing me after about 15 minutes of walking. I then remembered I had this belt stored away. I put it on this morning and it is great back support. I dont use it for its intended use, I use it as a back support belt.

Don't expect to try and hide this type under your clothes. It shows, but it does do what its supposed to. Makes a great weightlifting belt too

I don’t like it. The cut of it is weird and doesn’t cover the entire stomach. If your stomach is big all over it’s pointless because the top part isn’t covered. So I guess I’m only training the lower half of my stomach. Waste of money.

Loved the waist trainer... makes my back feel better while bowling.

Let me start by saying I knew what I wanted and knew what I didn’t want to pay. This trainer works wonders. I wear it almost all day and sometimes even sleeps in it that shows how comfortable it is. If you lre trying to target your lower stomach this doesn't really support it.

I love my waist trainer especially the additional support around the waist to insinuate that hour glass effect. However I wasn’t pleased with the driver who delivered my package to my neighbor next door. I’ve had multiple deliveries to my home from Amazon and not sure how this happened.
