Kringle Traditions 14" LED Moravian Star Light - Hanging Lighted Stars - Star Lantern (Gold)

I’ve been looking for an outdoor Moravian Star, and I’m so pleased that I found this one. I just used it for a second Christmas season. It’s just beautiful. I hang it from a Shepherd’s hook over a manger along my front walkway. It’s such a simple decoration that reminds me (and I hope others who see it) of the real reason for our celebration of Christmas. It is easy to assemble (and disassemble for storage). It’s bright since it’s powered by electricity. It’s held up well to the elements even though it’s plastic. The plastic is thick. There are tiny little drain holes all over the star so that it doesn’t hold water. It is a bit pokey with some rough edges, but once it’s assembled and hanging, that’s not an issue. I would definitely purchase this again. This would also look great hanging on a porch year around.

beautiful moravian star! came quickly and was super easy to put together. We hung it up outside during the christmas season and it lasts through the winter weather very well! the size is perfect - not too large but quaintly noticeable from the street.

Easy to assemble and take apart for storage. Looks amazing on my 9’ tree. Lightweight and affixes easily into the top branches. One of the best tree toppers I have ever owned and I have owned a lot (event designer for 30 years).

I had this plastic star about 3 years. Then the next year when I went to put it up someone gently was bumped while holding it and the base that holds all the star points broke in half. The plastic is pretty brittle. It felt super cheap when it first arrived. Tried to glue together but did not stay. Cord and bulb were fine. In throwing it away I see there was an extra lightbulb that doesn’t fit anything else. What a waste to throw that all away. This was absolutely not worth the price. It did look nice lit up. Maybe if you have some reason to keep it hung up year round. :0

Always wanted a Moravian Star. Easy to put together and looks amazing on my front yard Shepard hook. Received many compliments.

Our old Moravian star’s bulb burnt out and it was impossible to replace the bulb without destroying it, so I got this new one which arrived in a few days. It’s so much easier to assemble & would be easy to breakdown to change the bulb. It came with two bulbs and is a clear bright white that look nice with the warm LED bulbs we use on or tree. The size is right for the seven foot tree that we purchased. I removed one star because this light is only designed to be used as a pendant. The last star had a clip that held a small dowel that allowed easy attachment to the tree. We had to rig a system with zip ties and a wood skewer to attach to this tree & it’s a little off center. We decided to store it assembled, wrapped in a bag rather than risk the pieces possibly breaking down with years being assembled and disassembled.

This was a nice star. It went together easily and shined brightly.

Looks pretty, but don’t expect it to last more than one year. plastic becomes brittle and breaks easily.
