Tastes just like Japanese melon candy / Melona bars! I used the honeydew flavoring to make ice cream and it tastes almost identical to melona bars so if you’re looking for the Japanese melon flavor this is it!

Great flavor! First time making UBE cupcakes from scratch. Used this product for the Halaya and flavor of the batter and whipped cream. Alcohol flavor is strong so maybe next time I’ll add a little less to the whipped cream. It was fine in the Halaya and batter. I definitely recommend it, love the fact that it has no dyes. I’ll definitely be using this product in the future. 💜

This smells just like Ube and tastes great. My only complaint is the lack of color which has pros and cons. I mainly use it to make pretty lattes and purple cold foam but I find myself having to add a tiny bit of purple food coloring along with it to make it look like it is ube flavoring. But overall, I would totally recommend

This is exactly Ube flavor. And as a Filipina I would know since I grew up eating this stuff! I honestly find a lot of Ube treats in the U.S. doesn’t really have a strong Ube flavor as I grew up knowing it to be. But buyer beware! This could get tipsy if you don’t cook off the alcohol! I learned that the hard way trying to make ube ice cream with this (mind you, I’m very sensitive to alcohol so even a little amount I will notice an effect). I also used it to make my own perfumes. Such a lovely flavor and scent.

Got this flavoring since I don’t eat apples (too many carbs) to flavor some donuts. Smells good but I haven’t decided if I really like the flavor yet. Will try again maybe use a little less and see how they taste. The company was nice to have also included a sample of banana flavoring in my order. Thank you for that. Haven’t gotten around to trying that yet but certainly has a good banana smell.

Item arrived in pristine condition, it was boxed up, no leaks, seal intact. I've been using Halo Pantry for years for my business and their natural flavoring has been customer's favs! The Fuji Apple is one of the newest in their collection and it's every bit as close to the sweetness and taste of the actual thing. From the instructions, you can decide how much flavoring to put in your recipe and for my buttercreams it's the perfect size. Will buy more again!

This smells great when you open the bottle, but to get a discernible flavor in the finished dish, you have to dump in 1/4 or 1/3 the bottle into a cup of rice. Once you use a truly huge amount, you get a subtle and nuanced pandan flavor that's superior to the artificial stuff — plus there's none of that awful green food coloring. However, I'm giving this a low rating because, with the quantity needed, it's a very expensive way to enjoy pandan. I wish they could make it much stronger.
